Tragedy and Comedy

I often wonder whether tragedy trumps comedy in this world around me. Whether rumor overshadows humor; but I see all for what they are and use all to see the others more clearly (and that seems to help me). Sometimes tragedy can trump comedy if when comedy is the goal. You don't have to tell me how hard it is to find comedy regarding topics such as 9/11 or 170,000,000 innocents that have been killed in wars perpetuated by American/international businessman/bankers. I struggle with it every day; writing skits/bits for an upcoming television show I'm producing with a friend of mine or coming up with ideas for parities of advertisements to put on T-shirts.
People find fine lines in anything and everything we say and do now a days. Our Freedom of speech along with most all others freedoms have gone from clear as day to a dreary haze. Freedom can be taken from us in way to many ways.

It's a shame that we have come to find
that time trumps so much in our minds
that a foot or a hand are trumped by mines
that a choice or a man are trumped by signs
that freedom is trumped by tyranny
but only until we simply come to see
what the pursuit of happiness equates to be
because to me it doesn't mean
that government is always there on the scene
but that personal responsibility and liberty come to a sum
that looks like freedom to me

The past, present, and future are in front of our faces to see

I often think about my future and what will be of it. It is something we all struggle with and stand flat footed and googly eyed over; the future. oooooo aaaaaaawwwww... It is the thing that has not been shaped yet, except in the heads of billions. It is on everyone's mind and in everyone's thoughts here and there from day to day. We think about the future often more than we think about the past. We have sayings like looking towards the future straight ahead of you and never looking back. Well sadly that has shaped our citizenry into a mold of beings that are slave to the time, to the future. This does not mean that I think we should not look to the future, but that I think a large sum of people who “look to the future” are really masking the past and mismanaging the present.
We also here many who say we must always live in the present without focusing or viewing the past or the future (certainly another common theme in today's world). Often this is the most detrimental but sometimes it can slide you by because of coincidences and you will find that the universe has it's ways for each of us (not forgetting that free will and everyday choices that we as beings make to hopefully better the world and ourselves are the last defense against wrong doing).
Others live strictly in the past and will not move on from old traditions or practices of the past; whether good, or bad. This has its ups and downs and many have found true security and serenity in a surrounding not unlike the Amish lifestyle in which the future is only a growth of the past from the same forest. Yet this also brings up those whom see fit to hold a man captive as a slave against their free will and force them into labor or imprisonment. Many see fit to look down upon woman or beings simply because they have a dark(er) complexion or a different accent/ way of living. These are things that have been, are, and will be passed down by the society around us feeding off of the troubled ways of the past. Not excluding the responsibility as a parent of a child to instill core values based on true freedom, true peace, and true liberty which is immeasurably important in the future of the lives of those individuals but the world as a whole because of it (them).
So whether you are Amish, live in the suburbs, or you grew up in Beverly Hills the underlying principle I'm trying to get across is don't overlook the past, don't escape the present, and don't forget about the future. We have too much to live for and too little too die for at this moment that we cannot do these things willingly, nor should we put these restrictions upon the kids of the world. Let's actually teach them something beyond the lies we were taught in public schools or from the zeitgeist of the day. Let's make sure they understand, before all else, that no matter who the president (or dictator) is or who the governor is or how congress has attempted to shred our freedoms to pieces; we are a people that are free to the bone. No government or oligarchy will take that from us but from our cold dead hands if we decide so. This is the best of our past, present, and future at stake here at this moment in time. Why is it that apathy overtakes integrity in this country ten fold?

LOVE vs. HATE; we decide which wins

Love is not what it has been branded to be in our society. Just like almost everything else we put generalizations and judgments on love and hate that we maybe shouldn't. So what are the definitions of love and hate? What do dictionaries think of them? Well, first of all, both love and hate can be a noun or a verb and can also have many different meanings and connotations for different people or in different situations. We can have love for our family or friends that has nothing to do with "making love". So the root definition that could possibly apply to all aspects of love when related to a person maybe be; "a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person." Some may say that sounds a tad sexual for your love of your father or uncle and I might say the same thing but passionate affection has very sexual connotations with most people when passion and affection are truly human traits that are nothing but common in the love you have for family or friends. That feeling you have when they are hurting or happy, that's love. But to restrict love to a box of only beings loving beings would be ridiculous and not something that I intend to do. So i suppose "a feeling of warm attachment or deep affection" will have to do, at least for now.
Love is much simpler than we make it out to be. You may not realize who or what you love right now even when love might be exactly what it is. We too often look past our basic emotions to the point where we think we're all licensed psychologists that need to over analyze every little thing. I am quite guilty of this on occasion and I do my best to let things happen how they will while being the most honest dedicated person I can be towards what/whom I wish. You might be thinking you just said love is simple and yet you’re rambling on about it but simplicity itself is complex if you want to go that far. I could write 1000 words on the color violet if I wanted to and put my mind to it. The fact is that love is more than we think. It is the food for our soul and yes our souls can be overfed with love but that can never harm as much as hate. Just as we need food or plants need sunlight, our souls need and desire love.
Hate is often another type of desire. One that is extremely insidious and vicious by nature, the desire to hate is not the opposite of the desire to love. However much we see hate as an antonym for love I don't find it good to even bind them together by calling them opposites. Sometimes we are told that hate is not as big as it is. That hate could be to be unwilling or strongly disliking of something or someone. I find it to be nonsensical that you love something and then hate it by reversing your desires. This is why I say love is simple because hate is much deeper than that. People say they love random things and hate random things but to me it's not the same. True hate is not saying you hate coffee or cats. Hate is having such strong feelings about something that no word can describe how much you passionately dislike something besides hate (you could make an argument for abhor). Hate can also, in my opinion, be an action. Taking freedom from a people equals hate, inciting oppressions and injustices equals hate. Yet in my opinion you can be hateful without even knowing it. Because, to me, supporting tyranny equals hate just as being silent to hatred equals hate.
Truly we decide what we love and what we hate (if we love or hate at all) and how we will use one or the other or both to live our lives. The fact is that both love and hate have had their part in the evolution of mankind. The sad thing is after thousands of years some still love to hate. So love me, hate me, or be indifferent, just don't live your life by anyone else’s judgments and decisions of what they will love and/or hate because that's how we end up hating what we are wanted to hate and loving what we are wanted to love. And that is not real love, although it can end in real hate.

Big wigs, puppets, and bastards of the system to boycott

You might see this as overblown and outrageous but to me it's not that terrible to give up your Doritos and Abercrombie and pick up some granola or vegetable chips and organically grown cotton/hemp clothing. The fact is that we need to put our money where our mouth is and it starts with these basics: Food, Water, Energy, living, and luxury. We can make change ourselves by changing ourselves.
BOYCOTT THESE COMPANIES/PRODUCTS (AND ANY OTHER THAT FIT THE BILL) AND NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME OF YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PERPETUATE THE PROBLEM.

WRITING LEFT HANDED

writing left handed

i once was just like many others
a right hand man of the insidious system
i am a man that you could say bothers
a radical chef of thought with all but one ingredient imprisoned
i once ate emotions without even knowing what they were
and who was i to ask why they tasted funny?
i knew, fishy, they were
but i knew nothing else
i didn’t wish to find out for myself
i didn’t wish to be sung too
or to sing to myself
i wrestled with writing left handed
and I still sometimes write with my right
we are shown that right handed is right
and hell, if you were left handed
around or before the time my grandma was a child
you certainly dealt with discomfort and disarray
simply because you did things in a considerably different way
yet some still do things more efficiently and constructively
with that left-listed hand
and some still succumb to change and pressure
even knowing the grass in left field, for them,
is always greener and Freer
others say we shall all end up in the center
ambidextrous beings, seeing and opening up all possibilities
feeling things with both hands
the world could be an open book
with visceral vacations to find on either side
yet why does there only have to be two sides or any sides at all?
why do we always have to choose between left and right?
is left right?
is right right?
are either right?
i, myself, enjoy a straight forward yes or no question
yet i can’t stand being told to choose
between two hands of the same person
all my life i was only waiting for a moment not unlike this; to fly
or at least to see
waiting for this moment; to be Free
see; i was flying in the dark for far too long
and my wings had grown rapidly weak
yet my eyes adjusted to the light
and my wings seem to have gained strength with each flight
and for that i know that it doesn’t seem to matter to me
whether i use my left hand, my right hand, or my feet to write
it is the intention and reflection that counts
it is the compilation of coinciding thoughts into one
that amounts to immortal greatness
or at least in a few mortals to discuss
we look at writings from millennia ago
as for which hand they used to be immortal
i don't intend to know
unless i'm not speaking of hands at all
i can see with my eyes between the ears that help me hear
but all i know for certain is i and those not hiding behind a curtain of lies
so i will write to contrast like a blackbird to the bluest of skies
and still blend in as a peddle of grass would to a field
until time removes the layers from the cake that consists of crucial meaning
so you can’t find me without being fascinated and Free
and that is no mistake
because what you find for yourself
brings the brain, the heart, and the spirit
the biggest yield
as the horse can be led to water through the field, but not forced to drink
a being can be led to Freedom, but not forced to be Free, only forced to be kn their knees
Freedom never comes with force
but like water is the resulting wish of the horse
beings will always dream of Freedom
the trick is knowing what Freedom is
and often that can be tricky
a lesson for the road
never eat anything that smells fishy
no matter what hand you use
we tend to scarf up everything in our path
laying off what the other path holds
i, myself, enjoy places that wouldn’t dare be called a path
places to find Freedom’s past
and the wrath of natural forces
because however natural we think we are
with every action and force we exuberate
we look ever more so from afar
yet this is our home now and for times to come
so let’s keep it from ending up even more ajar
and i'll keep up with my bizzarre rhymes for Freedom

Freedom as a Force

"He who passively accepts evil is as much apart of it than as he who helps to perpetruate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it." Martin Luther King Jr. said that and it still and always will ring true. This is footage of an interview of Norman Dodd; who was involved in investigating tax exempt foundations such as the Rockfeller Foundation, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (that name is a laugher), and the Ford Foundation that have more than a hand in the mess we have been in for over a century. An excellent interview by G. Edward Griffin, the director of Freedom Force International (http://www.freedomforceinternational.org/).

Innocents Betrayed

Whether you would never hold a gun in your life or you’re never without one; the facts are that governments can control the masses by controlling their literal firepower. Weapons are a tool that roots deep into the mind of man; defense is one of the most basic instincts in survival and that instinct forced creative evolutions that ultimately were destructive with the first intent of survival. This is a very informative documentary on the history on how gun control has been used to manipulate the masses and ultimately kill 170,000,000 innocents in the 20th century alone. Not a very well made, but consistently honest, and to the point film that deserves the time it takes to view the full length version. Innocents Betrayed:

Blackwater Founder Accused in Court of Intent to Kill

Washington Post Staff Writer
Saturday, August 29, 2009
The founder of Blackwater USA deliberately caused the deaths of innocent civilians in a series of shootings in Iraq, attorneys for Iraqis suing the security contractor told a federal judge Friday.
The attorneys singled out Erik Prince, a former Navy SEAL who is the company's owner, for blame in the deaths of more than 20 Iraqis between 2005 and 2007. Six former Blackwater guards were criminally charged in 14 of the shootings, and family members and victims' estates sued Prince, Blackwater (now called Xe Services LLC) and a group of related companies.
"The person responsible for these deaths is Mr. Prince,'' Susan L. Burke, an attorney for the plaintiffs, said in U.S. District Court in Alexandria. "He had the intent, he provided the weapons, he provided the instructions, and they were done by his agents and they were war crimes.''
Judge T.S. Ellis III expressed deep skepticism about the claims. "Are you accusing Mr. Prince of saying 'I want our boys to go out and shoot innocent civilians?' '' he asked the attorneys."These are certainly allegations of not engaging in very nice conduct, but where are the elements that meet the elements of murder? I don't have any doubt that you can infer malice. What you can't infer, as far as I can tell, is intent to kill these people.''
Attorneysfor the former Blackwater company denied the allegations at the hearing, which was called to consider their motion to dismiss the lawsuit. Ellis said he would issue a ruling "promptly.''
The hearing -- combative in its words but respectful in tone -- was the latest fallout from Blackwater's controversial actions in Iraq. The North Carolina company, which has provided security under a lucrative State Department contract, has come under scrutiny for a string of incidents in which its heavily armed guards were accused of using excessive force.
The deadliest was a September 2007 shooting in central Baghdad in which Blackwater guards opened fire on Iraqis in a crowded street, killing 17 civilians. The company has said the guards' convoy came under fire. Five former Blackwater guards have been indicted on federal charges in 14 of those shootings. A sixth guard pleaded guilty.
The lawsuit cites that incident and other shootings to accuse the company of "lawless behavior." A consolidation of five earlier lawsuits, it says the company covered up killings and hired known mercenaries. In sworn affidavits recently filed by the plaintiffs' attorneys, two anonymous former Blackwater employees also say-- without citing evidence -- that the company may have conspired to murder witnesses in the criminal probe.
Attorneys for Blackwater say the lawsuit should be dismissed on a variety of legal grounds and that although the deaths were tragic, the guards were closely supervised by U.S. government officials. The allegations "go far beyond describing the harm allegedly suffered by Plaintiffs,'' the Blackwater attorneys wrote in their motion to dismiss. "They include an encyclopedia of vituperative assertions.''
The Blackwater attorneys are also calling on the judge to strike the affidavits from the former employees from the court record, calling them "scandalous and baseless" and designed to get publicity. Ellis has yet to rule on that motion.

What If Foreigners See the United States as an “Exporter of
Terrorism”?
(S//NF)
Much attention has been paid recently to the increasing occurrence of
American-grown Islamic terrorists conducting attacks against US targets,
primarily in the homeland. Less attention has been paid to homegrown
terrorism, not exclusively Muslim terrorists, exported overseas to target non-
US persons. This report examines the implications of what it would mean for
the US to be seen increasingly as an incubator and “exporter of terrorism.”
(S//NF)
Contrary to common belief, the American export of terrorism or terrorists is not a recent
phenomenon, nor has it been associated only with Islamic radicals or people of Middle
Eastern, African or South Asian ethnic origin. This dynamic belies the American belief that
our free, open and integrated multicultural society lessens the allure of radicalism and
terrorism for US citizens.
Pakistan allegedly to join the Pakistani Taliban and to engage in jihad. Their relatives
contacted the FBI after they disappeared without telling anyone, and then Pakistani
authorities arrested them as they allegedly attempted to gain access to al-Qa’ida
training facilities.
Late last year five young Muslim American men traveled from northern Virginia to
support of the Lashkar-i-Tayyiba (LT
160 people. LT induced him to change his name from Daood Gilani to David Headley
to facilitate his movement between the US, Pakistan, and India.
In November 2008, Pakistani-American David Headley conducted surveillance in) attack in Mumbai, India that killed more than
perceived enemies of Israel. In 1994, Baruch Goldstein, an American Jewish doctor
from New York, emigrated to Israel, joined the extremist group Kach, and killed 29
Palestinians during their prayers in the mosque at the Tomb of the Patriarchs in
Hebron which helped to trigger a wave of bus bombings by HAMAS in early 1995.
Some American Jews have supported and even engaged in violent acts against
efforts to compel the United Kingdom to relinquish control of Northern Ireland. In the
1880s, Irish-American members of Clan na Gael dynamited Britain’s Scotland Yard,
Parliament, and the Tower of London, and detonated bombs at several stations in
the London underground. In the twentieth century, Irish-Americans provided most of
the financial support sent to the Irish Republican Army (IRA). The US-based Irish
Northern Aid Committee (NORAID), founded in the late 1960s, provided the
Provisional Irish Republican Army (PIRA) with money that was frequently used for
arms purchases. Only after repeated high-level British requests and then London’s
support for our bombing of Libya in the 1980s did the US Government crack down on
Irish-American support for the IRA. (S//NF)

American Freedoms Facilitate Terrorist Recruitment and Operations
Primarily we have been concerned about Al-Qa’ida infiltrating operatives into the United
States to conduct terrorist attacks, but AQ may be increasingly looking for Americans to
operate overseas. Undoubtedly Al-Qa’ida and other terrorist groups recognize that
Americans can be great assets in terrorist operations overseas because they carry US
passports, don’t fit the typical Arab-Muslim profile, and can easily communicate with radical
leaders through their unfettered access to the internet and other modes of communication.

was able to travel multiple times on a US visa between the US, Pakistan, and India
without arousing suspicion from officials.
Terrorist groups such as Al-Qa’ida have surely noticed the ease with which Headley
Government has been more concerned with preventing attacks on the US by
homegrown terrorists or foreigners than with Americans going overseas to carry out
attacks in other countries. Most foreign governments do not suspect that American
citizens would plot or perpetrate attacks against their citizens within their borders.
Foreign terrorists have recruited homegrown US extremists for attacks abroad and are
likely to increase the use of this method because so far it has slipped below the radar
of the governments of the US and other countries.
Al-Qa’ida and other extremist groups have also probably noticed that the US
on popular websites such as Youtube, Facebook, Myspace, Twitter and various blogs
enable radical clerics and terrorist recruiters to bypass America’s physical borders and
influence US citizens. For example, a self-proclaimed recruiter for the Pakistani
Taliban reportedly contacted the five men in northern Virginian via YouTube and then
exchanged coded emails with the group. Terrorists apparently know that detection is
especially difficult in cases where the potential US recruit is not affiliated with any
known terrorist group. (S//NF)
The ubiquity of internet services around the world and the widespread use of English
Impact on Foreign Relations if US Seen as “Exporter of Terrorism”
If the US were seen as an exporter of terrorism, foreign partners may be less willing to
cooperate with the United States on extrajudicial activities, including detention, transfer,
and interrogation of suspects in third party countries. As a recent victim of high-profile
terrorism originating from abroad, the US Government has had significant leverage to press
foreign regimes to acquiesce to requests for extraditing terrorist suspects from their soil.
However, if the US were seen as an “exporter of terrorism,” foreign governments could

terrorist supporters, or even request the rendition of US citizens. US failure to
cooperate could result in those governments refusing to allow the US to extract
terrorist suspects from their soil, straining alliances and bilateral relations.
Foreign regimes could request information on US citizens they deem to be terrorists or
extradition might lead some governments to consider secretly extracting US citizens
suspected of foreign terrorism from US soil. Foreign intelligence operations on US soil
to neutralize or even assassinate individuals in the US deemed to be a threat are not
without precedent. Before the US entered World War II, British intelligence carried out
information operations against prominent US citizens deemed to be isolationists or
sympathetic to the Nazis. Some historians who have examined relevant archives even
suspect that British intelligence officers assassinated Nazi agents on US soil. (S//NF)

Foreign perception of the US as an “exporter of terrorism” also raises difficult legal issues
for the US, its foreign allies, and international institutions. To date, the US is not a signatory
to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and instead, has pursued Bilateral Immunity
Agreements (BIAs) with other countries to ensure immunity for US nationals from ICC
prosecution. The US has threatened to terminate economic aid and withdraw military
assistance with countries that do not accede to BIAs.
US, but not them, they could obstruct US efforts to detain terrorism suspects. For
example, in 2005 Italy issued criminal arrest warrants for US agents involved in the
abduction of an Egyptian cleric and his rendition to Egypt. The proliferation of such
cases would not only challenge US bilateral relations with other countries but also
damage global counterterrorism efforts.
If foreign regimes believe the US position on rendition is too one-sided, favoring the
suspects or to allow witnesses to testify in their courts, they might respond by denying
the same to the US. In 2005 9/11 suspect Abdelghani Mzoudi was acquitted by a
German court because the US refused to allow Ramzi bin al-Shibh, a suspected
ringleader of the 9/11 plot who was in US custody, to testify. More such instances
could impede actions to lock up terrorists, whether in the US or abroad, or result in
the release of suspects. (S//NF)

Are we so big that we feel bigger killing babies/anybody across the world? Are we not big enough to stand up to this?

Don't kill the messenger

Don't hate me for posting this when they are the ones who made it happen, don't kill the messenger: this is a 9/11 victim's guts that were found far enough from the building that the ground is not covered in much of anything. This could have been you. This could have been a member of your family or one of your friends. We cannot let them get away with this pseudo scientific non sense if we have anything we can do about it what-so-ever. This is the one picture that made me utterly outraged enough that I made it my life goal to get these facts known and ultimately rightfully dealt with.

Uncomforting Truths

This person jumped out of that building for a reason; because they knew what they wanted you to know. There were even chunks of bodies of beings and miscellaneous guts spread out around the site from the great forces exerted from the explosives. Not to mention the unthinkable amounts of bone fragments that were found hundreds of yards away from the site of the towers. Including numerous bone fragments found on the top of a bank quite a distance away from the site that were not found for years after September 11th 2001. That that building was having explosions occurring in various places, ultimately resulting in a massive controlled demolition that brought the twin towers and the WTC building 7 down.
Does this look like the remains of a building (that had millions of pounds of steel in it) that collapsed? (The other looked less toweresk ta boot.
